Prayer

Prayer can be surprisingly powerful—and it doesn’t have to be complicated. It might be as simple as pressing pause for a quiet moment, taking a breath, or reflecting on what’s going on for you. Whether you’re dropping into the Chapel for some calm time-out or jumping into our prayer activities, you’re always welcome.
